Our Special Project work focuses on design led buildings that are often one off projects with unique site conditions, specific operational needs, or unusual briefs that require careful thinking and a tailored response.
A design led approach means the project is shaped by the site, the purpose of the building, and the way it will be used — rather than by a fixed formula or pre determined solution. We take time to understand the constraints, opportunities, and ambitions of each project, allowing the design to develop in a considered and efficient way.
Special Projects may include small scale commercial buildings, community or workspace developments, and other non standard structures where quality, performance, and longevity matter.
Sustainability, passive solar design principles, and practical construction methods are central to this work, ensuring the final outcome is both well resolved and fit for purpose.
