Passive solar design principles are central to our residential developments and even though some may say these ideas are expensive, we don’t find it so. As we say elsewhere on this site, keeping our Clients comfortable doesn’t necessarily cost more if it is considered from the start of the project.! Good solar access, natural ventilation, insulation, and thoughtful material choices help create homes that are warm in winter, cool in summer, and economical to run. Careful planning also helps maximise usable space while maintaining a strong sense of place and neighbourhood fit.
