We sometimes say that, as an Architect Practice we work with some spectacular sites or some really tricky ones. Fortunately, in this case the former is true as the ‘Cape’ is one of the hidden gems of the New Zealand landscape.
This home has wonderful views of ‘the Steeples’ rock formations and is close to the equally volcanic beach down below the nearby cliffs. It has very good solar orientation and PV panels to add power to the system.
